| Abstract | 本发明公开了一种吸附挥发性有机物的分子筛蜂窝体的制造方法，其步骤：用水将5-20%的陶瓷纤维、5-20%的粘结剂、5-15%的纸浆和60-80%的沸石分子筛调成浓度2-10%悬浮液；对悬浮液进行疏解分离；然后缓慢搅拌并加入聚二甲基二烯丙基氯化铵，待絮凝现象出现后，加入阴离子聚丙烯酰胺，并继续搅拌5-15分钟然后抄成纸板；将抄成的湿纸板制成平面型分子筛纸板和瓦楞状分子筛纸板，把平面型分子筛纸板和瓦楞状分子筛纸板交替叠加或卷成蜂窝结构，得到分子筛蜂窝体。本发明的沸石分子筛不易剥落，容易加工成各种形状，且分子筛蜂窝体可以在不同温度和湿度条件下进行吸附有机物。 |
