| Abstract | 本发明公开一种Y型分子筛的疏水化改性方法，包括以下步骤：A、将在400-550℃下焙烧2小时的Y型分子筛均匀地平铺分散在石英棉中，然后石英棉放入到反应炉；B、通入N2与SiCl4气体的混合气体与步骤A中的Y型分子筛进行反应，反应温度为300-600℃，反应时间为30-180分钟；C、将步骤B中分子筛产物取出，并用去离子水清洗，直至滤液中无Cl-，然后用酸清洗；D、将步骤C中得到的产物干燥，继续用石英棉包裹，然后放入到反应炉中与600-900℃的水蒸气进行反应，反应时间为2-12小时。所述Y型分子筛疏水改性的方法，是一种更方便的、制得分子筛硅铝比均匀、固体颗粒不易聚结成块的气相脱铝补硅方法。 |
