Abstract	本发明是一种提取牡蛎油的方法，它是将去壳新鲜牡蛎肉铰烂、真空冷冻干燥、粉碎成粉，再用加了改性剂乙醇的二氧化碳萃取剂，采用超临界流体萃取法在一定温度、压力、流速等条件下进行萃取。本方法工艺简单、易操作、萃取速度快、提取率高、萃取剂可循环使用，能耗低；提取出来的牡蛎油是提取ＥＰＡ及ＤＨＡ的好原料，提取后的肉渣还可加工提取如活性蛋白质、牛磺酸、复合糖等活性物。
