Abstract本发明公开了一种共享电感耦合等离子体光源的光谱与质谱测定装置和方法。沿电感耦合等离子体发生装置产生的电感耦合等离子体轴向设有接收电感耦合等离子体的质谱仪，沿电感耦合等离子体发生装置产生的电感耦合等离子体径向设有接收电感耦合等离子体的光纤探头，光纤探头与光纤的一端相连，光纤的另外一端与光栅光谱仪相连，光栅光谱仪和质谱仪与测控系统信号相连。由于本发明的光栅光谱仪与等离子质谱仪共享同一个ICP光源，在提高元素测量精度的同时，也减少了成本消耗。本发明的共享电感耦合等离子体光源的光谱与质谱测定装置还具有结构紧凑、便于模块化组装等特点。
