Abstract	本发明公开了一种吸附挥发性有机物的多级孔道结构蜂窝体材料及其制备方法。本发明以粘土质硅藻土为基体，通过原位加热回流法制得硅藻土‑疏水性纯硅沸石复合物。再以硅藻土‑疏水性纯硅沸石复合物为原料，加入一定量的纸浆和陶瓷纤维制成悬浮液，经过疏解分离以及添加助留剂后，利用抄纸机抄成纸板，再压制成平板型和瓦楞型的纸板，最后制成吸附挥发性有机物的多级孔道结构蜂窝体材料。该吸附挥发性有机物的多级孔道结构蜂窝体材料具有特殊的多级孔道结构，比表面积大，能够有效地吸附有机污染物，且热稳定性好。该制备方法具有工艺简单，周期短，能耗低，所需的原材料少等优势。
