Abstract	本发明公开一株去氢孕酮降解菌及其应用，属于环境有机污染物生物处理技术领域。该降解菌是来源于广东省佛山市某规模化养猪场冲刷水中，经人工富集培养、分离纯化得到。名称为芽孢杆菌(Bacillus sp.)DGT2，于2016年11月2日保藏于广州市先烈中路100号大院59号楼5楼广东省微生物研究所的广东省微生物菌种保藏中心，保藏编号：GDMCC NO：60101。本发明的菌株具有高效降解去氢孕酮的能力，可用于降解单一的去氢孕酮污染，也可用于降解多种类固醇激素混合污染物，为含去氢孕酮等类固醇激素的养殖废水生物处理提供了一种新的种质资源。
