Abstract本发明公开了一种卤代苯试剂中未知氯溴混合卤代苯杂质的检测方法，其是将卤代苯试剂配制成溶液，模拟出全部氯溴混合卤代苯在电子电离源质谱上的离子结构，计算离子的精确质荷比和理论相对丰度，得到同位素峰分布模拟图，将精确质荷比在气相色谱高分辨质谱多离子检测模式下分析，再将模拟和实测氯溴混合卤代苯同位素峰分布图进行对比及色谱保留时间分析，即可确定卤代苯试剂中氯溴混合卤代苯杂质的具体种类，对比氯溴混合卤代苯跟氯代\溴代苯的质谱信号即可估测氯溴混合卤代苯杂质的相对含量。本发明具有检测结果准确可靠的优点，不仅可以检测卤代苯试剂中是否存在未知氯溴混合卤代苯杂质，还可检测卤代苯试剂中氯溴混合卤代苯杂质的含量。
